About the Ancient Hand . . .
The Ancient Hand has been on my mind for a number of years - like the Ancient Goddess - and was drawn as an idea and inspiration. I knew at some point I would bring this Ancient Hand into a reality as art - and now it has emerged and will continue as a series of art.
The single mixed media piece “Ancient Hand of Knowing” is the beginning of a body of work. This body of work will have the Ancient Hand as the focal point – and each art piece will be an allowing of the language of line symbols to emerge.
When the name came forth for the “Ancient Hand of Knowing” – I knew the “Ancient Hand” was the beginning of a new adventure of exploration.
