The models are exhibited at the History Museum of the City of Luxembourg, 14 rue du St. Esprit until 23/2/2014.
Divulgation of the winner on 25/2/2014.
The winner will have the honour to realize his/her project in large scale and have it installed nearby the Alzette River in the Grund in Luxembourg.
