Dear Wilfried Schaus-Sahm Wonderful art！ Chinese characters are created like this, the first is based on the shape of things to create the pictograph. They wrote the text in the fur, and carved with words in the shells. After thousands of years evolved into modern Chinese characters. hallo sabine, es war dein sehr nützlicher beitrag zu der diskussion auf kunstdu. bin ein sehr praktischer mensch und setze sowas schnell um. vielen dank. es sollte jetzt auch mal gut sein mit dem ständigen hin und her über doch relativ belanglose fragen. hab ja garnicht gedacht, dass sich aus meiner kleinen antwort da solches gesprächsbedürfnis entwickelt. dein tipp jedoch hat mir ruckzuck (!!) eine interessierte frage aus griechenland zu den schwarz/weiss arbeiten gebracht. das ist doch wirklich eine erstaunliche und inhaltliche internationale (!)kommunikation. wünsche dir einen guten rutsch und ein erfolgreiches, kreatives jahr wilfried voelklingen - 28/12/2009 18:46:44

Dear Coung Zhou, like your very sensitive work. Especially that you are grounded in the long tradition of chinese calligraphy. I visited China in 1994 for six weeks and you can find some influences in my work, but I never would compare with that old masters that studied their lives long. Dear Zhao, thank you very much for your comment. I visited China in 1994 for six weeks, but I would not say that I will ever reach that perfection that the old masters of callygraphy achieve over a very long life. Nevertheless I use signs that come from very deep within and I believe that there is a vocabulary of signs in each of us. I simply let them come to my mind and find endless variations using the european background of informal art. I am very thankful that you could find similarities to the far eastern art.
