jean-Louis Jamsin ( Belgium )
Digital Art; Mixed Media; Photography; Print; Sculpture
I was born in 1950 in Belgium, where I'm still living.
I rapidly felt an interest in photography. I received my first camera at 12. At 18, I bought my first reflex with interchangeable lens. I learned photography on my own until the age of 55. Then I joined an Art school in Mons. During 3 years, my excellent teacher, JP Carré, helped me reveal my artistic potential. I've taken part in many collective exhibitions since then and won my first competition in June 2009. Digital photography is made of two separate trends: digital photography and digital picture. The digital photography shows the world as it is. The Photographer uses his environment to express his feeling. The digital picture shows the world as the Artist would like it to be. The digital picture gives the Photographer a more personalized means to express his feeling.
Let me see yours photograph, I 'll say who are you !

Belle composition. jelojams - 10/11/2010 8:28:28 AM
